Our spaces will be available to rent for environmentally conscious businesses, including retail.

The Science
From early 2026, Greenbee will be providing a carbon aware workspace at 1 Market Place in Stockport Town Centre.

The floorplan at 1 Market Place is open plan and spread across three floors and the top two floors can be accessed independently of the ground floor. Each floor measures 38sqm and includes access to a large cellar equipped with an active commuter bathroom and plenty of storage space.
