Coming Soon
We are committed to delivering 1 Market Place Stockport by early 2026.
Beyond Autumn we will be commencing the restoration and delivery of 96 Park Lane in the nearby town of Macclesfield.

We continue to look for new opportunities across Stockport and Macclesfield with a strong focus on heritage buildings that need to be brought back into use.

96 Park Lane, Macclesfield
96 Park Lane, is a grade II listed early Victorian shop that sits on the boundary of the Macclesfield High Street Conservation Area. The building is coming up for its 200th year and is undergoing a comprehensive eco-refurb to ensure it will be with us for another 200 years. We have a start on site pencilled in for January 2026 and a listed building consent application is in to carry out some necessary underpinning and floor replacement. You can read about our application by following this link (25/3057/LBC)
Public Art and Commitment to Macclesfield
In our first year of ownership of 96 Park Lane, we have undertaken a comprehensive review of the building and undertaken a number of works designed to provide confidence and assurance to our neighbours that our building will soon be actively contributing to the Park Lane community. We are keen to do all that we can to restore and retain our building's history.
Our Role on Park Lane
Park Lane is a busy road, which has been blighted by damaged and empty shop windows over the last couple of years. To address this we instructed Cheshire Glass to install a new laminated glass shop window, which is wrapped by a bespoke cartoon mural by Mark at Room For Comics and have repaired and restored the leaded windows over the front door and the main shop window thanks to the excellent craftsmanship of John Ball at Heritage Joinery
